Sketch Bar is a unique restaurant in Mayfair featuring quirky decor and funky design. It’s such a pleasure to meet Mr. Chan, Vice-Chairman of Xue Xue Institute in Taiwan. Four of us had a pleasant casual chatting over the aspects of “creative thinking” in relation to culture, religion, and culinary art in modern times!
